"The greatest wealth is health."
We may live healthier and better lives thanks to Nutrition Month. Additionally, this month informs teachers and students like us about healthy habits such as avoiding junk food and washing their hands before eating. It's an enjoyable way to look after our bodies and teach other what we've learned.
It was memorable and enjoyable. My classmates participated in the Nutri-Jingle competition. Even after class, we practiced a lot. We did our best on the day of the contest. When we won Sayawit Nutri-Jingle Vigan City, we were happy and proud because we didn't expect that we would win this spot. We then went to the nationals and finished in third place! In regionals, we got eight place. I realized the importance of eating well and working as a team. Given that this is my final year of junior high, it was one of the best journeys of my school life. Nutrition Month taught me the importance of working together as a team and giving my best in whatever I do. I also gained confidence. I learned that everything is achievable with enough effort and teamwork when we won the Nutri-Jingle. These are lessons that I'll be keeping in mind when I graduate from junior high. For the sake of our shared health and happiness, I wish that more students participate in and enjoy Nutrition Month.
